Avocado Dip Salmon Delicious
This avocado dip can be used in all sorts of ways from a dip for crudities and crisps to a sandwich filler with chicken, prawns or salmon to a side sauce for seared salmon as I’ve used it here. Super easy to make with few ingredients it’s the perfect spring addition to your recipe collection.
With merely four ingredients and no real effort involved there really is no excuse for not making this avocado dip and I just know that once you’ve tried it once you’ll be whipping it up all the time.

Super simple and healthy avocado dip/sauce
• 50g almonds
• 1 ripe avocado
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• Salt and pepper to taste
1. Toast the almonds in a dry pan for 4-5 mins until golden and aromatic
2. Allow to cool and then whizz in food processor and then add in all other ingredients and whizz again
3. Chill well
4. Serve with salmon, chicken with salad or as part of a sandwich filling
