Balsamic Soy Roasted Garlic Mushrooms Recipe
Simple and delicious mushrooms baked during a balsamic-soy sauce and garlic!

These mushrooms are easy to form by mixing all the mushrooms in soy, balsamic vinegar, and garlic then roasting them until they’re all delicious and tender! however simple, these mushrooms will become the star of your next meal!

- 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pounds of mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 2 tablespoons soy (or tamari)
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
Put the mushrooms within the oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper, arrange in one layer on a baking sheet and bake during a preheated 400F / 200C oven until mushrooms are tender, about 20 minutes, stirring half way.
