Easy Vegan Brownies Recipe


  • 1 cup (130 g) of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup (113 g) coconut sugar
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) coconut milk cans
  • 1/4 cup (58 g) of mashed avocado, about half of 1 large avocado
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) of melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup (43 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F. Cover an 8-inch square pan with aluminum foil and spray slightly with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, shake the avocado and coconut oil together until smooth. Beat flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, salt and coconut milk until well blended.
  3. Apply the mixture evenly to the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Fully chilled brownies on a baking sheet on a wire rack. Cut it into squares and serve. Brownies will remain fresh for up to 3 days kept in airtight containers at room temperature.
