  • 1 tablespoon Heavy Whipping Cream
  • pepper salt
  • 1 lb Tender for Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup of Almond Flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 6 ounce Buffalo Sauce (pre-made)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper. Season almond flour generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Beat 1 egg together with 1 tablespoon thick cream.
  4. Dip each tender first in egg washing and then in seasoned almond flour. We like to place tenders in Tupperware containers with almond flour and shake to coat. Ziploc bags also function well.
  5. Place the tender on a slightly greased baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. If it’s not as crispy as you want, you can also cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Allow the tender to cool for 5 minutes and then put it in a tupperware container, add buffalo sauce and shake until coated. Shaking gently is best for preventing the dough from falling.
