S’mores Bar Recipe Starbucks Copycat

S’mores Bars are a delicacy from S’more but are often enjoyed year round. The ooey-sticky chocolate on top of graham crackers and warm roasted marshmallows will offer you a taste of your favorite summer dessert all year round.

  • 8-12 tablespoons butter
  • 4 Hershey Chocolate Bars
  • 1 packet of mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease a 9×13 baking sheet with nonstick butter spray
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and butter with a spoon (see note below on melted butter and crusts).
  4. Place the mixture at rock bottom of the pan. Distribute the mixture evenly and depress firmly together with your fingers to “wrap” it along rock bottom and sides of the pan.
  5. Place within the oven and bake for approx. 5-8 minutes (only until the edges start to show golden brown)
  6. Put it out of the oven and let it chill.
  7. Place the Hershey sticks on top of the cracker mixture – covering all the graham crackers as completely as possible.
  8. Place it on top for approx. 3 minutes (until the chocolate starts to melt and shine)
  9. Refrigerate for 1-2 minutes.
  10. Place the marshmallows on top of the chocolate – packing tightly next to every other.
  11. Turn oven to “bake” – put the pan within the oven and offer, they only got to be there about 2 minutes. But, every oven is different.
  12. Let them cool completely (after they initially cooled down, I put them within the refrigerator to rearrange even more – this is able to make them easier to cut)
  13. Cut and serve – (knife can get very sticky to chop, warm a pointy knife under predicament, dry and slice immediately – you’ll want to repeat this if the knife starts to stick)
