Sticky Apple Sausage & Bacon


  • 8 rasher smoked striped bacon
  • 8 quality pork sausages
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  • 2 red-skinned apples, each cut into 8 slices


  1. Preheat the oven to 220C / 200C fan / gas 7. Tie a piece of meat around each sausage. Heat the oil in a refractory canister, then brown the sausage in the can. Place it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  2. Stir in apple slices and bake everything for 10 minutes until the sausages are cooked and the apples are sticky and caramelized. Serve with mash.
