Vegan Condensed Milk

Thick, gooey, and oh, so sweet, this vegan condensed milk is ready in just a couple of minutes, and adds a deliciously decadent layer to all kinds of sweet dishes.
· 150g (c.5¼oz) coconut milk powder
· 150g (c.5¼oz) coconut palm sugar
· 120ml (½cup) warm water
· 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
· Dash sea salt, to taste
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender jar, and blitz on high speed for 2-3 minutes, until you have thick, sweet, goopy, condensed milk.
2. Use as you would dairy condensed milk.
