Ingredient

For Vegan Meatballs

  • black pepper
  • 1 15-ounce can of kidney beans
  • 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 large clove, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ingredient

For a Thick Marinara Sauce

  • 1 carrot, dig small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon ingredient
  • fresh basil leaves, dig small pieces
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 large clove, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dry wine
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

For Spaghetti

  • 9 ounces of whole wheat spaghetti

For the Parmesan Cashews

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted cashews
  • 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti consistent with the directions on the package.
  2. Rinse and drain the red beans. Place during a medium bowl and mash with a fork or potato masher.
